Health misinformation. It's everywhere. And the standard American diet is wreaking havoc on our bodies. I personally think the time for a health revolution is well overdue. 

For way too long, we've been handcuffed by outdated dietary guidelines and a healthcare model that always, always prioritizes quick fixes over addressing the root causes.

Really, it's time we shatter these chains and seize control of our own health destiny. 

And this isn't just a call to action. It's a rallying cry for an awakening to the truth about our bodies, our nutrition, and the potential we all have for healing within us. 

The standard medical practice with it's reliance on pharmaceuticals for every ailment has led us down a path of increased dependency and often surprisingly diminished wellbeing.

Similarly , urging populations to adhere to the standard American diet, that's the very epitome of processed, high sugar, low nutrient foods, and that has contributed to an epidemic of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. 

It's clear the status quo isn't merely failing us, it's actually actively contributing to our health decline.

Let's embark on a journey of becoming your own health care provider. 

And that doesn't mean renouncing professional advice. It means arming yourself with knowledge, questioning the conventional wisdom that doesn't serve you, and tailoring health choices to your personal unique needs. 

I'm going to recommend books like The Cholesterol Myth that expose the flawed science behind these long held beliefs.

Dive into reputable online sources such as Diet Doctor or immersing yourself into Dr. Ken Berry's YouTube channel which offers a wealth of evidence based guidance. He always comes with receipts and that empowers you to make informed decisions about your own health.
