I've got the secret to your long, fit, healthy, happy life. 

Do you want to know what it is?

It's all in your head. 

I've been in the health and fitness industry for a long time now.

I've trained tons of people... elite athletes and grandparents wanting to keep up with their grandkids. 

You know what I've learned?

The most important factor to live a long, vibrant life...

it's not your diet, 

it's not your workout routine, 

it's not your genes, 

nothing like that. 

It's your mindset. 

Think about it. You probably already know the basics of what you should be doing, don't you? 

Eat leaner, whole foods, cut back on the processed junk, get rid of sugar, move your body more, get quality sleep, manage stress. 

Come on. It's not rocket science, but if it's so simple, why do so many of us struggle to actually do it on a regular basis? 

Because knowledge alone isn't enough. 

Willpower... that's only going to get you so far. 

To truly transform your health, you need to first transform your mind.

You need crystal clear, compelling reasons that motivate you to make positive changes... and then to stick with them for the rest of your life. 

Maybe you want the energy to keep up with those grandkids or like me, even surpass them, wipe them out. Or maybe you want to travel the world. Maybe you're just sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

Is it possible you'd like to be a role model for your family? 

Whatever your reasons, they have to be powerful enough to keep you going when things get tough. 

Your mindset is the foundation everything else is built on. 

With the correct perspective, healthy habits no longer become a chore. 

They're a gift to be savored.

Exercise isn't punishment. It's a celebration of what your body can do. 

Eating well. It's not about deprivation. It's about nourishing yourself so you can thrive.

Here's the amazing thing. Small mindset shifts will lead to massive results over time. 

When you approach each day as an opportunity to care for yourself, and get a little bit better, the compound effect is incredible. 

I always love when somebody talks about if you make one small change every day, that's 365 changes in a year. Those add up to massive change. 

It all starts between your ears though. Your body can only go where your mind takes it. 

So, before once again, you overhaul your diet and you start a new fitness plan, take a good hard look up here at your brain. 

Cultivate that attitude of gratitude. That's a huge practice. 

Resilience, curiosity, and hope. 

Decide that you are worth the effort. 

Find your way and let that excite you. 

Trust me. I have seen the power of mindset and action in my own life and in the lives of people I work with.

Embracing an optimistic growth oriented mentality... it's the absolute best thing you can do for your health. 

So, get your head on straight and watch amazing things happen.
